Dominique Reyl, General Management
Dominique Reyl graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris ‘63) and Harvard Business School (MBA ‘65). Upon graduation, he joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette ("DLJ") in New York as a financial analyst prior to transferring to DLJ’s Brussels office in 1967. From 1968 until 1970, he managed the Geneva office of Walston & Co., Inc. From 1970 until 1974, he served with Wertheim & Co. as General Manager of the Paris office with responsibility for institutional accounts. In 1973, he co-founded CFEG, a Geneva-based portfolio management company which he co-managed until forming REYL & CIE in 1988. He has been acting as C.E.O. of REYL & CIE since its creation.

François Reyl, General Management
François Reyl graduated from University of Geneva (J.D. '87, D.E.S. '88) and New York University (MCJ '89). He is a member of the Bar in New York (’89) and Paris (’93). From 1989 until 1994, he worked with US law firm Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in New York and Paris as an attorney in the M&A Group. In 1995, he joined Credit Suisse First Boston in London, first in the M&A department and, from 1998, as co-founder of the LBO Coverage Group. During this time, he executed numerous mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt capital market transactions, as a Managing Director from January 2001. He joined REYL & CIE in 2002.

Robert Curmat, General Management, Administration
Robert Curmat graduated from University of Geneva (Lic. Economics ’77). In 1980, after information technology internships at Michelin, Sodeco and Steria, he joined Banque Scandinave en Suisse in Geneva as Head of IT Development. From 1986 to 1988, he worked for Royal Bank of Canada, Geneva, as Head of Information Technology. In 1989, he joined Crédit Agricole (CNCA), Geneva Branch as Head of IT and Organisation. He then participated during ten years to the development of the bank, as Chief Operating Officer from 1992 to 1996. In 1997, he was made responsible of the transfer to Banque Indosuez, Geneva, of Credit Agricole’s personnel and activities. In 1998, he joined Logical Access as co-Managing Director. He joined REYL & CIE in 2000.
